Mobile applications, websites and official game hub

These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and SURVIVAL GAMES LTD and govern access to and use of the Games, Survival Games-branded websites, the official game hub and related services. The licence to install and use the Games is governed by our End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Please read both documents before using a Game or related service.

1. Agreement and company details

SURVIVAL GAMES LTD (“Survival Games”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12243817 and registered office at Office 34a, Business Centre, 9 Lydden Road, London SW18 4LT, United Kingdom.

These Terms apply to survivalgamesstudio.com, Survival Games-branded services and the following games: Raft® Survival - Ocean Nomad; Raft® Survival : Desert Nomad; Raft® Survival: Multiplayer; Raft® Survival Adventure Quest; Raft® Survival: Sandbox Game; Let’s Survive - Survival games; Dead.io - Zombie Survival Game; Grand Sniper: 3D Shooting Game; and Survival Stories: Novel Games, including renamed or successor versions (together, the “Games”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through or using a Game or Survival Games-branded service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Applicable store, Aghanim and checkout terms also apply.

2. Eligibility and minors

The Games are general-audience products and are not directed to children under 13. A store age rating describes content suitability and is not a statement that a Game is directed to children. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use a Game only with a parent or legal guardian’s involvement and permission. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervision, purchases and platform parental controls.

A higher local minimum age for a feature, consent, multiplayer service or transaction applies. The Raft Hub or its provider may require a specific age confirmation under the terms shown there.

3. End User Licence

Your installation and use of the Games are licensed under our End User Licence Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The EULA governs licensing matters; these Terms govern the Games and related services, including player conduct, purchases, subscriptions, virtual items and Player Content.

4. Service restrictions and fair use

In addition to the licence restrictions in the EULA, and except where applicable law expressly permits an activity and does not allow it to be restricted, you must not:

• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer or commercially exploit a player ID, account, virtual item or access to an online service;
• circumvent purchase, subscription, entitlement, advertising, rate-limit, security, anti-cheat or anti-fraud mechanisms;
• use cheats, bots, exploits, unauthorised software, automation or modified clients, or interfere with rooms, shared worlds, leaderboards, servers, networks or another player;
• scrape, mine or access a Game, Hub or website by automated means in a manner that burdens systems, bypasses controls or violates law;
• use a nickname, shared build, communication or other content to infringe rights or engage in unlawful, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, obscene or harmful activity; or
• encourage or assist anyone to do any of the above.

5. Player IDs, saves and online features

Most Games do not require a general Survival Games account. A Game may generate a player ID or let you select a nickname. Multiplayer Games use rooms, sessions, shared world/raft state, leaderboards and other server-backed features. The Raft Hub may require a player ID, game-app connection, email or supported social login through Aghanim.

Keep credentials and player IDs secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under identifiers you control, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable care. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Single-player progress is commonly stored locally unless the Game states otherwise. Removing a Game, clearing local data or replacing a device may permanently remove non-restorable progress. Server-backed multiplayer, entitlement, leaderboard and Hub data may remain available according to the relevant service.

6. Multiplayer conduct and Player Content

A nickname, shared raft/world state, room name, communication, leaderboard entry or other material you submit or make visible through a Game is “Player Content”. You retain rights you hold in original Player Content, but grant Survival Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, display, moderate and remove it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Game and enforce these Terms.

You must have the rights needed for Player Content and must not impersonate others, disclose another person’s private information, harass players or use offensive/infringing names or material. We may restrict visibility, reset a nickname or shared state, remove content, suspend online access or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or enforcement. Report abuse or rights concerns to support with the Game, player/room identifier and relevant evidence.

7. Our intellectual property

The Games, websites, software, code, interface, artwork, text, music, characters, worlds, items, trade marks and other materials are owned by or licensed to Survival Games and protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party names, trade marks and content remain the property of their respective owners. Rights to install and use the Games are granted only under the EULA; no other rights are granted under these Terms.

8. Third-party services and the Raft Hub

The official Raft Hub and web shop are provided using Aghanim. Aghanim’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Consent Preferences are displayed on the Hub and apply to its account, checkout, loyalty and payment services. The identity of the seller, payment provider, price, currency and material purchase conditions are shown before confirmation.

A Game or website may link to Apple, Google, Aghanim, social-login providers, social networks, Discord or other external services. Their terms govern their services. Availability of website purchases and links from a Game may vary by platform and region and will follow applicable store rules.

9. Advertising

Some Games display third-party rewarded, interstitial, banner or other advertising. Ads may link to advertiser content that Survival Games does not control. Advertising/tracking choices are described in the Privacy Policy and can be reviewed through Privacy Choices where consent-based processing applies.

A reward is granted only when the Game and advertising service confirm completion. We may correct duplicated, fraudulent or technically invalid rewards. Paid functionality will not be conditioned on consenting to unnecessary tracking where prohibited.

10. Purchases, subscriptions and free trials

Games and the Raft Hub may offer one-time purchases, consumables, non-consumables, subscriptions, introductory offers or free trials. Before confirmation, the purchase screen shows the product, seller, price, currency, billing period, renewal timing, duration and post-trial price, and other material conditions. Subscription screens provide access to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and explain management or cancellation.

• Store and Hub checkout. Apple or Google processes in-app purchases. Aghanim or the payment provider identified at checkout processes Raft Hub purchases. Survival Games receives the order and entitlement information needed for delivery and support, not full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless cancelled, the applicable provider charges the disclosed renewal price for each period. Required notice or consent applies to price changes.
• Free trials and introductory offers. Eligibility is determined by the checkout provider. Unless cancelled before the disclosed deadline, a trial converts to the paid plan shown on the purchase screen.
• Cancellation. Manage or cancel using the account and provider used to purchase. Deleting a Game does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the provider states otherwise.
• Restoration and delivery. Restorable store purchases can be restored through the applicable mechanism. Consumables may not be restorable. Hub items are delivered to the verified player ID/account shown at checkout; verify it before purchase.
• Refunds. Apple purchase requests are handled through Apple. Google Play refunds may be requested from Google or Survival Games with the order ID. Raft Hub refunds follow the refund policy and provider process shown on the Hub. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

11. Virtual items, currency and randomised rewards

A Game or Hub may offer virtual currency, resources, boosts, cosmetics, equipment, content access, loyalty points or other virtual items. These are licensed digital features, not money or property. Except where law requires otherwise, they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside authorised features, and may be balanced, changed or discontinued for gameplay, security or service reasons.

Purchased virtual currency does not expire solely with time. Restorable entitlements are restored through the applicable provider. Used consumables and items delivered to an incorrect player ID may not be recoverable; if paid value is lost because of a verified technical failure for which we are responsible, contact support for the remedy required by law and provider rules.

Where a paid loot box or another purchase provides a randomised virtual item, the purchase interface displays the odds of each type or rarity before purchase. We do not provide real-money cash-out or offer randomised items as gambling, and they must not be offered where prohibited.

12. Updates, availability and service changes

We may provide updates, patches or new versions and may require an update for security, compatibility or continued online access. Features, balancing, items, offers, content and technical requirements may change, and services may be suspended for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

We may discontinue a Game, Hub feature or online service. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of material discontinuation affecting paid ongoing access and provide any remedy required by law. We do not guarantee support for every device, operating-system version or future third-party service.

13. Support and feedback

Support is provided through support@survivalgamesstudio.com. Include the Game, platform, app version and relevant player/order ID. If you send ideas or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate them without payment, but this does not transfer ownership of unrelated Player Content.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing by the Games, multiplayer features, websites, the Raft Hub, analytics, diagnostics, attribution, push and advertising providers, and how to exercise privacy choices.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a Game or related service at any time. We may suspend or terminate online access or a related service where you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, cheat, commit fraud, threaten safety or security, infringe rights, fail to pay, or where action is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect players and services. Termination of the software licence is governed by the EULA.

Where appropriate and legally required, we consider seriousness, recurrence and impact and may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal through support. Immediate action may be taken for urgent fraud, security, legal or safety risks. Termination does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel through the purchase provider.

16. Warranties and disclaimers

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Games and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation, correction of every defect or compatibility with every device, operating system or third-party service.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of that failure. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious that it might occur or if, when the agreement was made, both you and we knew it might occur.

The Services are provided for personal and non-commercial use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption, arising from consumer use. We are not responsible to the extent loss results from misuse, an unsupported or materially modified device, failure to install a security update after reasonable notice, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer retains mandatory protections of the country where they habitually live and may bring proceedings in England and Wales or, where mandatory law permits, their home jurisdiction. We do not require unlawful arbitration or waiver of class or collective rights.

Before filing a claim, contact support so the parties can try to resolve it informally. This does not suspend a limitation period or prevent urgent relief.

19. General terms

• Changes. We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or product reasons. Material changes affecting existing rights will be notified before taking effect where reasonably practicable and will not retroactively remove an accrued mandatory right.
• Assignment. You may not transfer rights under these Terms or a player account or ID except where applicable law expressly permits. We may transfer these Terms in a reorganisation, financing or sale, provided mandatory rights are not reduced.
• Severability. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it applies to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder continues.
• No waiver. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, the EULA, the applicable purchase screen and mandatory platform or provider terms form the agreement about the Games and related services, without excluding liability for fraud or overriding mandatory rights.
• Language. The English version controls to the extent permitted by law. A translation is for convenience unless local law requires otherwise.

20. Platform-specific terms

Use of a Game obtained through Apple’s App Store or Google Play is also subject to the applicable platform terms. Platform-specific licensing provisions, including Apple’s required third-party-beneficiary terms, are set out in the EULA.

Purchases, refunds, cancellations, subscription management and restoration are handled under section 10, the applicable purchase screen and the tools and rules of the relevant platform, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
